The sales team at SIJE focuses on introducing and selling our key solutions, Monolog and Monolis, to clients. This involves proposing optimal solutions tailored to client needs and taking responsibility for post-sales support and follow-up management.

Development

Front-end

SIJE's frontend development team focuses on enhancing the web and app interfaces of the Monolis and Monolog solutions to make them more convenient and user-friendly. Beyond simply implementing features, the team is dedicated to creating intuitive and efficient systems through continuous innovation and thoughtful design.

Back-end

SIJE's backend development team specializes in managing the efficient storage and processing of data across Monolog devices, on-premises servers, and cloud servers. By handling the vast amounts of data generated during each stage of garment production, the team strives to improve not only data efficiency but also the overall production process.

UI/UX

The current UX/UI design job involves designing and design PC/Tablet/Mobile-oriented clothing sourcing and production management services. We work to provide the optimal user experience by considering the convenience of each environment and user, such as buyers, vendors, and sewing factories.

BI/BX

Sije's BI/BX design job designs Sije's brand identity and overall experience. From brand strategy to visual and design system development, we create a consistent brand experience for customers in various areas, including online and offline.

This means that the old sourcing business in the manufacturing industry is being developed through IT innovation to develop next-generation supply solutions to facilitate production, and the organizational culture of Sije is not much different. We abandon the vertical work format and create a culture suitable for people who have outstanding capabilities and grow together through change.
